Misholim Association leads deep professional therapeutic processes built on the unique healing bond between people and animals. We work from a belief in the power of direct encounter with animals and nature to build emotional resilience, and we deliver comprehensive therapeutic care to diverse populations and post-traumatic patients across the Misholim farm.

רכיבה טיפולית ואימון סוסיםTherapeutic Riding & Horse Training

במרכז פועל בית ספר מקצועי לטיפול ברכיבה המשרת ילדים, נוער ומבוגרים, כולל מטופלים פוסט-טראומטיים. הטיפול במגרשי הרכיבה של "משעולים" משלב עבודה על ויסות רגשי, חוסן וחיזוק הביטחון העצמי, בליווי סוסים שהוכשרו במיוחד למשימות טיפוליות.

A professional therapeutic-riding school serving children, youth, and adults — including post-traumatic patients. Treatment in Misholim's riding arenas combines emotional regulation, resilience-building, and self-confidence work, supported by horses specifically trained for therapeutic missions.

מרכז "דרך הכלב" — כלבנות טיפולית"Through the Dog" Center — Therapeutic Canine Work

מרכז ייחודי המקיים פעילויות טיפוליות ובית גידול לכלבי לברדור וג'ק ראסל. הכלבים מוכשרים ככלבי שירות המלווים מטופלים פוסט-טראומטיים, פצועי צה"ל ומשפחותיהם, כחלק ממערך טיפולי משנה חיים המעניק ביטחון וחוסן יומיומי.

A one-of-a-kind center that runs therapeutic activities and breeds Labrador and Jack Russell dogs. The dogs are trained as service dogs accompanying post-traumatic patients, IDF wounded, and their families — part of a life-changing therapeutic system that delivers everyday security and resilience.

מרכז "עופר" — טיפול ונוכחות בטבע"Ofer" Center — Therapy & Presence in Nature

מרכז ייחודי לטיפול בעזרת מגוון בעלי חיים המורגלים למגע אדם, המנציח את עופר מזרחי ז"ל. הסביבה הטיפולית ב"משעולים" מאפשרת חוויית הכלה, הפחתת חרדה ויצירת מרחב בטוח לעיבוד רגשי ובניית חוסן דרך הקשר עם עולם החי.

A unique center for therapy with a variety of animals accustomed to human contact, commemorating Ofer Mizrachi z"l. The therapeutic environment at Misholim enables an experience of holding, reduces anxiety, and creates a safe space for emotional processing and resilience-building through connection with the animal world.

גינון טיפולי ומיזם "להצמיח אור"Therapeutic Gardening & "Growing Light"

חממה טיפולית המשתמשת בעולם הצומח ככלי לטיפול ותקווה. הפעילות כוללת את פרויקט "להצמיח אור" — גידול ואספקת שתילים לחידוש יישובים שנפגעו בעוטף ובצפון ולתמיכה במשפחות שכולות, כחלק מתהליך של ריפוי, צמיחה וחוסן קהילתי.

A therapeutic greenhouse that uses the plant world as a tool for healing and hope. The activity includes the "Growing Light" project — growing and supplying seedlings to renew Gaza-border and northern communities affected by war, and to support bereaved families, as part of a process of healing, growth, and communal resilience.

מכללת משעולים — הכשרת מטפלים ומומחיםMisholim College — Training Therapists & Experts

המכללה הוקמה בשנת 2026 כמרכז פורץ דרך להכשרת מטופלים פוסט-טראומטיים ופצועי צה"ל (PTSD) כמטפלים בעזרת בעלי חיים. בשיתוף פעולה עם בי"ח 'הרצוג', מטיב — המרכז הישראלי לטיפול בפסיכו-טראומה, ואוניברסיטת תל אביב, אנו מאפשרים למשתתפים להפוך ממטופלים למטפלים מוסמכים המפיצים חוסן הלאה.

Founded in 2026 as a groundbreaking center for training post-traumatic patients and IDF wounded (PTSD) as animal-assisted therapists. In partnership with Herzog Hospital, Metiv — The Israel Psychotrauma Center, and Tel Aviv University, we enable participants to move from patients to certified therapists who carry resilience forward.

PROJECT / 01

טיפול בפוסט-טראומה (PTSD) ומשרד הביטחוןPTSD Treatment & Ministry of Defense

תוכנית ייעודית למטופלים פוסט-טראומטיים להחזרת תחושת השליטה והוויסות הרגשי. המטפלים שלנו נעזרים בבעלי חיים לעיבוד חרדה — כולל מסלול "הורה וילד" לחיזוק הקשר המשפחתי וטיפול בפציעה ה"שקופה" של ההורה.

A dedicated program for post-traumatic patients, aimed at restoring a sense of control and emotional regulation. Our therapists use animals to process anxiety — including a "parent-child" track that strengthens the family bond and treats the parent's "invisible" injury.

פריסה ארצית — הקמת חוות טיפוליותNational Expansion — Therapeutic Farms

לאור הצורך הלאומי הגובר בטיפול במטופלים פוסט-טראומטיים, "משעולים" מובילה הקמת חוות דומות ברחבי הארץ. המטפלים המוסמכים מוכשרים במכללה שלנו ומעניקים מענה מקצועי לפצועי צה"ל, משפחות שכולות ומטופלי משרדי הממשלה.

In response to the growing national need to treat post-traumatic patients, Misholim is leading the creation of sister farms across Israel. Certified therapists are trained in our college and deliver professional care to IDF wounded, bereaved families, and patients of government ministries.

מענה טיפולי לאוכלוסיות מיוחדותCare for Special-Needs Populations

תוכניות טיפול לילדים, בני נוער ומבוגרים עם מוגבלות שכלית, התפתחותית וקשיים חברתיים. המפגש הטיפולי מחזק את החוסן הנפשי, התקשורת עם הסביבה ותחושת המסוגלות העצמית.

Treatment programs for children, youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and social challenges. The therapeutic encounter strengthens emotional resilience, communication with the environment, and a sense of personal capability.

PROJECT / 04

מנהיגות דרך הטבע — נוער בסיכוןLeadership Through Nature — At-Risk Youth

תוכנית טיפולית לנוער ממסגרות חוץ-ביתיות. דרך הטיפול בבעלי החיים והבנת עולמם, הנערים עוברים תהליך של התפתחות אישית, בניית חוסן פנימי ורכישת מיומנויות חברתיות חדשות.

A therapeutic program for youth from out-of-home frameworks. Through caring for animals and understanding their world, the youth undergo a process of personal development, internal resilience-building, and the acquisition of new social skills.

הפוגה למשפחות שכולות (יד לבנים)Respite for Bereaved Families (Yad L'Banim)

יצירת מפגש חברתי-טיפולי ומרחב נשימה עבור משפחות שכולות, דרך פעילויות חווייתיות ומרגיעות במרחבי החווה של משעולים, לחיזוק החוסן האישי והמשפחתי.

Creating a social-therapeutic gathering and a breathing space for bereaved families, through experiential and calming activities across the Misholim farm, strengthening personal and family resilience.

שילוב תעסוקתי וכישורי חייםVocational Integration & Life Skills

מרכז תעסוקה יומי: הכשרה לעולם העבודה עבור בוגרים (21+) בשיתוף משרד הרווחה וארגון "שכולו טוב". שירות לאומי במסלול מיוחד: רכישת כישורי חיים ועבודה דרך טיפול יומיומי בחיות החווה וטיפוח המרחב הירוק.

Daily Employment Center: preparation for the workforce for adults (21+), in partnership with the Ministry of Welfare and "Shekulo Tov." National Service — Special Track: acquiring life and work skills through daily animal care and green-space stewardship.
